Sample simulated dataset
There are five motion patterns as desribed in the paper. We have simulated 2000 samples for each pattern. The simulation contains noise-free tiff, noisy tiff, and the groundtruth (mat file). Here, we have included 50 samples of each pattern. Complete dataset is available on request.

Sample live cell dataset
There are 3 set of live cell data. NORMAL, HYPOXIA,and HypoxiaADM. Each set contains 10 tiff sequences of 2000 frames. A sample tiff of NORMAL class can be downloaded from here (click here to download). Rest of the files are available on request.
